19:00 – Functional Training – dezvolta forta, viteza, flexibilitatea, rezisteta musculara si cresterea capacitatii de efort, contribuind vizibil la scaderea in greutate si la sanatatea corpului.

 

20:00 – A.B.T – un antrenament complex ce fortifica muschii coapselor, fesele si abdomenul.
