ABT – Abdominals, Buttocks & Thighs – aceasta este denumirea completa a clasei si se traduce prin exercitii pentru musculatura abdominala, cea a fesierilor si a coapselor. Obiectivul principal este tonifierea musculaturii picioarelor si a abdomenului. Acest tip de clasa se adreseaza tuturor, fiind un antrenament extrem de eficient.
