Boot Camp

boot campClasa de Boot Camp este o ora in care se regasesc o varietate de stiluri de antrenament, strength training, interval training, body weight training in care veti regasi exercitii cunoscute precum genoflexiuni, burpee’s, fandari, sprinturi, exercitii CORE (pentru trunchi/abdomen), exercitii cu obstacole si exercitii cu partener.
 

Boot Camp este un antrenament pentru toate grupele musculare care imbunatateste forta, rezistenta si agilitatea musculara. Poate parea greu la inceput insa dupa o perioada de 3-4 saptamani deja o observati schimbari radicale.
