Cardio & Tone

La Cardio & Tone clasa este compusa din 3 parti:

 

• In prima parte se face incalzirea cardio care accelereaza arderea grasimilor.
• In cea de-a doua parte a antrenamentului se efectueaza exercitii la salteluta cu scopul tonifierii musculaturii, definind in principal muschii abdominali, fesieri, lombari si coapsele.
• In partea a treia, care incheie clasa, se efectueaza exercitii de stretching, de relaxare si respiratie.
