port de brasEndurance – este o clasa dedicata celor care vor sa isi imbunatateasca anduranta si timpul de refacere intre intervale; rezistenta musculara este invers proportionala cu oboseala pe care o simti in timpul antrenamentului si post efort. Clasa este dedicata incepatorilor si intermediarilor si are ca scop imbunatatirea conditiei fizice.
